At SPRING FOUNTAIN, we understand that your health starts at home. We will work together with you and your family. We know our clients want independence, a purpose and not just medication reminders and help with meals. We offer a free consultation. A nurse will visit you at home to complete an individual assessment of your needs and identify your support needs over a cup of tea. We are happy to include your family, friends and next of kin, in addition to your GP and other professionals that are involved in your care to help us identify your needs.

It’s an honour to be a part of each of our client’s lives and our team will make your life better. We understand the importance of having a good carer. Our staff are caring, compassionate, patient and experienced with clean backgrounds and no criminal past. They are fully trained and assessed for their skills/abilities before stepping foot into your home. Spring Fountain staff have a passion to assist individuals to lead independent lives in their own homes. Our home carers are always in communication with our office team to report on client changes and what can be done to improve care. They always have the best interests of each client in mind.
